Skilled in managing technical projects

For the past two years, I have taken on the role of Project Manager, where I've successfully managed client relationships, team coordination, and project delivery. My transition into this role has been a natural progression from my technical background, allowing me to bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic planning.

In this role, I:

• Manage client communications, ensuring that their needs and expectations are clearly understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Apply agile methodologies to project management, leveraging my experience as a Scrum Master to maintain flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing project requirements.
